About The Position

Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their Reserve at Abilene Apartments team in Abilene, TX. This role assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations, ensuring tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible, and building and maintaining a resident relations program. The Assistant Property Manager is also responsible for ensuring the property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when a leasing agent is unavailable, and assists in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, and effective.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years' experience in multifamily housing industry
Customer service experience required
Must have excellent computer skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication
Strong multitasking abilities
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.

Yardi and CRM experience a plus
Sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
