About The Position

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for leasing and supporting operations management for Davis Development's luxury apartment community, serving current and prospective residents. The role contributes to occupancy goals through customer service, marketing, and resident events; supports leasing, renewals, applications, rent collection, and compliance; and helps maintain the community's appearance and resident experience. The position is based at Inkwell at Baseline in Broomfield, Colorado.

Requirements

• At least one year of Assistant Property Manager experience.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with people of varying seniority and with teams inside and outside the organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a calm demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Lease-up experience in luxury communities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Help the luxury community achieve assigned occupancy rates through high-quality customer service, effective marketing, and resident events for current and prospective tenants.
• Assist with leasing and renewal contracts and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, explain qualifications, and prepare leasing files.
• Manage applications, rents, and delinquencies, and handle legal requirements related to non-payment.
• Verify the accuracy of Yardi records and reporting.
• Assist with resident issues while maintaining the Davis brand.
• Conduct community walk-throughs and ensure work orders are completed promptly to maintain the community's appearance and resident experience.
