About The Position

The Assistant Property Manager leases and helps manage operations for Davis Development’s luxury apartment communities, serving current and prospective residents. The role supports occupancy goals through customer service, marketing, and resident events; assists with leasing and renewals; manages applications, rent, and delinquencies; and helps maintain accurate records and a strong resident experience. The position is based at Inkwell at Baseline in Broomfield, Colorado.

Requirements

• At least one year of Assistant Property Manager experience.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with people of varying seniority and with teams inside and outside the organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a calm demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Lease-up experience in luxury communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Help the luxury community reach assigned occupancy rates through customer service, marketing efforts, and resident events.
• Assist with leasing and renewal contracts and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, explain qualifications, and prepare leasing files.
• Manage applications, rents, and delinquencies, and handle non-payment legal requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of Yardi records and reporting.
• Help resolve resident issues while maintaining the Davis brand.
• Conduct community walk-throughs and ensure work orders are completed promptly to support the community’s appearance and resident experience.
