About The Position

Assistant Project Managers work directly with subcontractors and clients to execute the complete building process. After the PM team becomes familiar with a project's design, it plans and sequences the work and buys out materials and subcontractor services. The team ensures work is coordinated with other activities and meets Tippmann Construction's quality and safety standards. APMs use Tippmann-developed processes and tools to maintain clear, consistent communication with subcontractors, internal team members, and client personnel. They contribute significantly to, and are accountable for, delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role requires travel to project sites nationwide. Relocation is not required; APMs may live anywhere in the continental United States within reasonable distance of a major airport.
