About The Position

TCH is seeking an operational and community-minded Assistant Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Custodial Program at Luke Air Force Base. The role balances commercial facility operations with providing structured, hands-on job training and mentorship to individuals with disabilities. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base, including possessing a federally compliant Real ID. The position is full-time, exempt, and requires driving.

Requirements

• Three years of related work experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current Arizona driver’s license.
• A clean 39-month driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks for access to Luke Air Force Base.
• Federally compliant Real ID.
