About The Position

The Learning Experience of Tallahassee is seeking a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to support children's learning and development in a nurturing classroom. Responsibilities

Partner with lead teachers to create engaging learning experiences using the proprietary curriculum and TLE characters.
Encourage children to explore, discover, build friendships, and develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
Help maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and welcoming classroom environment.
Work with teammates to create a positive atmosphere for children and teachers.
Share children's daily experiences, accomplishments, and special moments with families through the mobile app and personal conversations.
Serve as a positive role model and help each child feel valued and supported.
