About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Parking Manager to lead parking operations. The role oversees daily parking activities, supports smooth vehicle flow, and delivers customer service to visitors. The Assistant Parking Manager helps create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff while managing a dynamic team and maintaining safety and efficiency standards. This is a paid position.

Requirements

• Experience in parking management roles.
• Strong driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings.
• Experience with cashiering and cash handling, with attention to accuracy and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating various vehicle types.
• Familiarity with parking operations or retail math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking attendants and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and customer interactions.
• Oversee payment transactions, including cashiering and accurate transaction recording.
• Communicate with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly.
• Monitor parking lot conditions, ensure safety protocols are followed, and keep the area secure.
• Inspect parking facilities regularly and identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Apply retail math principles to manage cash registers, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports.
