About The Position

ELITE Parking Services is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Assistant Parking Manager to lead parking operations. The position oversees daily parking activities, helps ensure efficient vehicle flow, and provides exceptional customer service to visitors. The manager leads a dynamic team and maintains high standards of safety and efficiency to create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This is a paid position.

Requirements

• Experience in parking management roles.
• Strong driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings.
• Cashiering and cash-handling experience, with attention to accuracy and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating various types of vehicles.
• Familiarity with parking operations or retail math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking attendants and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and positive customer interactions.
• Oversee payment transactions, including cashiering duties, and accurately record transactions.
• Communicate clearly with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly.
• Monitor parking lot conditions, follow safety protocols, and help keep the area secure.
• Inspect parking facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Apply retail math principles to manage cash registers, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports.
