About The Position

Responsible for setting up and operating machines in the designated department. The operator runs material through machines according to company specifications, ensures the correct materials are used to meet customer specifications, maintains accurate inventory entries, and inspects product quality. The role is responsible for meeting quality and efficiency standards and complying with company safety policies. It may also involve assisting with two-person feeds as necessary. Duties and responsibilities may change or expand as needed. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. The job is full-time and located in High Point, North Carolina, on the first shift. The listed education level is a high school diploma or equivalent; salary is undisclosed and travel is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities that can be applied to efficient operation.
• Ability to read and interpret product layouts and production specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
