About The Position

Primex Plastics is seeking a full-time Operator Assistant for the second shift. The role supports production by preparing skids, packaging finished product, assisting line operators, and performing general plant housekeeping. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including the possibility for entry-level employees to enter Operator training.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and eager to work and learn.
• Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare skids.
