Assistant Operations Manager - South Fort Collins

Soar Autism Center•Fort Collins, CO
•$58,250 - $58,250•Onsite

About The Position

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics offering integrated autism care, early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) works in partnership with the Clinical Operations Director at the South Fort Collins clinic. This role is intended as a leadership and operations growth opportunity for a current or former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). For the first 4–6 months, the position is hourly and consists of scheduling and direct RBT sessions. The posting describes the initial allocation as 25–50% scheduling and 50–75% direct RBT sessions, and later states it will begin as 50% scheduling and 50% RBT direct sessions. The hourly rate is based on the employee’s specific STNH pay rate. Once the center census supports the change, the role will become salaried at $58,250 per year. The AOM leads daily scheduling, primarily from 7–10 AM MST, with a hard stop by 10:30 AM and handoff to the evening/next-day scheduling team. The role also provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6, implements BCBA-developed intervention plans, communicates with families, and supports and mentors RBTs during urgent needs. As direct RBT responsibilities decrease, the role expands to include center-environment fidelity, supplies and repairs, art and circle-time preparation, session-schedule fidelity, and assigning ICS tasks to other RBTs.
