About The Position

The Screamin Peach is hiring a hands-on esthetician specializing in sugaring services at its South Fort Collins location. The role requires providing professional, safe, skilled, and friendly service to clients while following high cleanliness standards, including applicable DORA requirements, rules, and regulations. The Sugarist performs the services offered by the company, supports client care and retention, and contributes to the shop’s service and sales goals and daily operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Colorado esthetician license, which must be kept current.
Bloodborne pathogen training.
Barbicide certification.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Comfort performing all body and facial waxing services offered by TSP.
Ability to work flexible days, hours, and weekends.
Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor.
Ability to receive and implement feedback.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong desire to care for others.

Responsibilities
