About The Position
The Screamin Peach is a locally owned waxing studio known for its comfortable environment, talented team, and personalized service. The company has served Northern Colorado since 2006 and emphasizes open communication, support, kindness, respect, and one-on-one client relationships. This is a hands-on receptionist sales position at the South Fort Collins location. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the studio by managing appointments and client communications, welcoming and assisting clients, processing payments, selling and merchandising retail items, and keeping the shop clean and presentable. Compensation is $15.16 per hour while training and $16.00 per hour once fully trained. The Screamin Peach is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
- One or more years of receptionist experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Zenoti software is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Follow company rules and policies and exemplify the company’s core values.
- Communicate sales and specials to clients.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Manage the appointment book and confirm client appointments.
- Follow the new client retention protocol and enforce the booking policy.
- Check clients in and out, take payments, handle cash, answer questions, and assist customers.
- Sell and handle boutique retail items, including steaming, tagging, arranging, merchandising, cleaning, stocking, and dressing mannequins.
- Help clients with retail boutique items, fitting rooms, information, and sales.
- Keep the shop clean and presentable to clients.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Assist with other duties as delegated.
