The Assistant Operations Manager ensures adherence to operational and service standards, assists in the execution of action plans to enhance profitability, and maintains uniform standards and a professional appearance for all team members. The position involves providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and team members, collaborating on productivity improvements, and guiding hourly team members. Responsibilities also include fine-tuning schedules, assisting with equipment maintenance, ensuring property maintenance exceeds standards, completing team member reviews efficiently, promoting team member retention, becoming proficient in company systems (Aloha, Sacoa, Sync, etc.), and assisting in the development of future leaders.
