Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Office management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy.
  • Generate work tickets, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support.
  • Assist with daily accounting functions and recordkeeping.
  • Support payroll processing, prevailing wage compliance, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, preparing mailings, and general office upkeep.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
