Requirements

Previous dental or healthcare office experience required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of a busy dental office within a larger medical center
Assist in managing front office workflows, scheduling, and patient flow
Help lead, coach, and support front office team members
Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in to check-out
Partner with clinical leadership to maintain efficient operations
Participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve performance and growth
Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Identify trends and opportunities to improve access, productivity, and patient experience
Assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements
Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
