Requirements

  • Previous dental or healthcare office experience required

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of a busy dental office within a larger medical center
  • Assist in managing front office workflows, scheduling, and patient flow
  • Help lead, coach, and support front office team members
  • Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in to check-out
  • Partner with clinical leadership to maintain efficient operations
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve performance and growth
  • Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve access, productivity, and patient experience
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
