About The Position
We are opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center in Las Vegas, NV, offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care all under one roof. We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is excited to be part of a founding team, helping to build workflows, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive the success of a new practice from the ground up. This role is unique as you will not just be stepping into an existing system, but will help create it, playing a major role in shaping how patients experience care, how treatment is presented and accepted, and how the office grows and performs.
Requirements
- Previous dental experience required (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred)
- Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Excitement for helping launch and grow a new office
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Review insurance benefits, estimates, and financial options
- Support case acceptance by building trust and answering patient questions
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment to maximize provider productivity
- Collaborate closely with providers and front office teams
- Help establish processes and workflows in a new office environment
- Track and support key metrics such as case acceptance, production, and schedule utilization
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience from start to finish
