About The Position
We are opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center in Las Vegas, NV, offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care all under one roof. We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is enthusiastic about joining a growing team and establishing a positive, efficient clinical environment from the outset. This role is unique as you will be part of the founding team, helping to build workflows, team culture, and patient experience from the ground up in a modern, collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and make a real impact.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories for patient care
- Take digital X-rays and assist with charting
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ensure instruments and supplies are organized and stocked
- Support patient flow to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Assist with lab case organization and tracking as needed
- Deliver a welcoming, high-quality patient experience
