The friendly faces creating joy, connection, and unforgettable moments for every guest. Shift Coordinators – Frontline leaders who guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience. Assistant General Manager – A key partner in leading the shop, driving day-to-day operations, developing the team, and bringing our values to life through every detail of the guest and employee experience. General Manager – The leader of the shop, responsible for building a strong, people-first culture, developing future leaders, and delivering exceptional business and guest outcomes.
