About The Position

The assistant manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Adult Emergency Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all emergency service line staff. Requirements

Associate Degree (BSN preferred)
2-3 years RN experience in emergency nursing
REGISTERED NURSE license
BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
NIHSS 3 CEU COURSE
ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
CPI (WITHIN 30 DAYS)
PALS by 12/31/2019 (WITHIN 180 DAYS OF HIRE OR TRANSFER if inexperienced)
TNCC by 5/30/2020 (WITHIN 2 YEARS OF HIRE OR TRANSFER if inexperienced)
