Requirements

BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to build schedule models and clinical workflows that align with Joint Commission (JC) standards and CMS Conditions of Participation, while driving staff hiring, training, and evaluations.
Direct immediate triage protocols, oversee rapid trauma resuscitations, and coordinate swift patient flow and access needs in high-acuity crisis environments.
Supervise post-operative and chronic care delivery across high-volume units, managing unit scheduling and delegating daily patient assignments based on staff skill levels and clinical proficiencies.
Ensure a safe, therapeutic milieu by leading de-escalation strategies, enforcing psychiatric care standards, and driving continuous quality initiatives and safety audits.
Coordinate pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia workflows, ensuring strict adherence to updated clinical guidelines and sterile process controls.
