Requirements

• Completion of a BSN, or an ADN, from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years nursing experience with BSN or/and an ADN with one (1) year of those years in a leadership role in areas such as ambulatory, outpatient, public health, community health, or equivalent required.
• Active WA State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Ambulatory certification within 12 months of hire required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multicultural nursing or other social service area.
• Commitment to community health care.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of activities related to nursing services within an assigned facility.
• Assisting in meeting patient care requirements in accordance with physician instructions, and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and agency policies and regulations.
• Performing clinical hours (0.2 FTE) and administrative duties (0.8 FTE).
