About The Position

Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join their team. This role involves administrative and operational management of the Nursing Department, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising nurses. The Assistant Nurse Manager will also be a key member of the center’s Senior Treatment Team and the Interdisciplinary Team, responsible for evaluating and developing procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients and families by working with vulnerable individuals and helping them build strengths. The position is part-time, with a pay range of $88,090-$96,336 annually, depending on experience and education. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with a rotating on-call duty every 4 weeks. A $3000 sign-on bonus is offered. The role is located in Rutland, MA.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Must hold a current RN license by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing management
  • 5 years clinical experience in a related field of nursing
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA

Responsibilities
