About The Position
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a licensed registered nurse (RN) accountable for leading, managing & advancing people, processes & / or programs that support direct or indirect patient care. The Assistant Nurse Manager promotes and advocates for patients, nurses / colleagues and the practice of nursing as defined by clinical area of expertise & assignment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as regular Charge Nurse or Assistance Head Nurse on a nursing unit
- Strong leadership traits
- Experience with staffing, scheduling
- Strong communication skills
- Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida
- BLCS Certification

- Bachelors of Science in Nursing, or related field preferred
