About The Position
The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager with unit and area operations in Med/Surg, Women’s Services at Baptist Jacksonville. The role works closely with direct care staff during shifts to deliver quality patient care, serves as an expert clinical resource, and helps coordinate patient flow. The Assistant Nurse Manager also supports staff development and may take a direct patient care assignment as needed.
