About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Must possess a Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products in accordance with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with restaurant management responsibilities and learn those responsibilities.
