About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a General Manager role. The company provides a paid training program, and prior pizza experience is not required. The position offers opportunities to build management and customer-service experience and to advance within a company with 56 stores across the United States. The role also involves supporting the community through local charitable fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be over 18 and have at least one year of management experience. They must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday. Driving-history and driving-record standards apply to anyone who operates a vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- At least one year of management experience.
- Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must show at least two years of driving history immediately before the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must show at least one year. A learner’s permit period may count if documented by an appropriate governmental authority, and an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- For business driving, disqualifying violations include leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities

- Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries, if required and if driving qualifications are met.
