About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position at a Domino’s franchise store. The role works alongside the team while helping direct assigned shifts, maintain high standards, solve problems, and foster a positive, productive work environment. The position combines customer service and food preparation with responsibility for shift performance and team coordination. Previous management experience is helpful but not always required; training may be provided to a dependable candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead. The Shift Lead helps manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, supports team members, serves customers, prepares menu items, monitors food quality and service, and helps maintain a clean and safe store. The position also includes delegating and following up on tasks, coaching and supporting team members, assisting with cash handling and shift accountability, and communicating shift information to store management. The work is active and takes place in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties may involve extended periods of standing and walking, frequent hand use, bending, reaching, crouching, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, stocking supplies, working around hot ovens and food-preparation equipment, and experiencing temperature changes between work areas and the walk-in cooler. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The position offers on-the-job training, hands-on leadership experience, opportunities to build management skills, and potential advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond. This posting is for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is solely responsible for employment decisions and practices. If hired, the franchisee—not Domino’s corporate entities—will be the employer.
