About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including staffing, paperwork, cost controls, inventory, cash control, food management, maintaining a “Perfect Image,” and customer relations. The manager must set an example by following all company policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations and ensure employees complete their assigned duties.
- Manage staffing and paperwork.
- Control costs and inventory.
- Manage cash control.
- Oversee food management.
- Maintain a “Perfect Image.”
- Provide great customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same.
