About The Position

The IHOP Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The role supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, emphasizing profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP’s quality and service standards.
