About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager for its Kirkwood location. The role supports daily restaurant operations, helps deliver exceptional customer service, and leads a team in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager works with the Store Manager to maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and profitability, and participates in food preparation and delivery operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and two years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and maintaining standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data and recommend ways to improve store performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for customers and employees.
• Participate in food preparation and delivery operations as needed.
