About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver for its Kirkwood location. The driver safely and efficiently delivers customer orders while providing professional customer service and ensuring orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. The role involves operating a delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling packages and payment transactions, maintaining delivery records, and keeping the vehicle clean and safe.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and comply with traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to designated locations.
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking information in real time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, address inquiries, and resolve delivery concerns.
• Use GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately.
• Manage time to meet daily delivery targets.
• Immediately report vehicle damage, accidents, or safety hazards to management.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
