About The Position
The IHOP Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The role supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with a focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP’s standards of quality and service. The Assistant Manager also develops team members. This is not an all-inclusive job description.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
