About The Position
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the location’s day-to-day operations. The role drives sales goals, builds and motivates teams, develops talent, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. As a connection between leadership, team members, and clients, the Assistant Manager helps bring everyone together to fulfill the Massage Envy brand promise of helping clients and employees take care of themselves.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
- Experience training staff.
- Strong administrative and back-office skills.
Nice To Haves
- Spa management experience is highly preferred.
- Retail management experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience at an assistant management or sales lead level.
- Ability to motivate multiple employees in diverse fields.
- A successful track record in goal management.
- A friendly, motivated, and sales-driven attitude.
