About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations and helps ensure the store runs effectively. The role includes supporting staff hiring and supervision, working alongside the team on daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provides fast, friendly customer service while setting a positive example for staff through leadership, urgency, and patience. The role also includes executing the food program and maintaining regular, predictable onsite attendance.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
