About The Position

Domino’s and Team Honey Badger are hiring an Assistant Manager for a restaurant management role, with a fast track to General Manager. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations, leads and develops team members, and helps deliver strong customer service while maintaining food quality, speed, and accuracy. The role includes scheduling, labor and inventory management, hiring and training support, banking and cash handling, profitability, and marketing efforts. The position is full-time, with a schedule of 32–40 hours per week. Compensation is $18 per hour with growth potential and bonuses. Training includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The company describes a clear path to General Manager and beyond.
