About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, customer relations, and oversight of employees. The role also performs the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking and preparing orders, processing payments, delivering products, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance. The position requires full open availability and may involve managing 3 to 30 employees during a shift.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for store operations during the shift.
• Greet customers and take orders, including by phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
