About The Position

The Customer Service Rep greets customers, takes orders, processes payments, prepares products according to established portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and helps maintain restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards. The role is suited to a friendly, team-oriented person who is comfortable speaking with customers and strangers. Training is provided for answering phones and making pizza. The position requires the employee to be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
