About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the store’s daily operations and customer service. The role supports the store manager in running the store, maintaining food safety and operational standards, ensuring timely service, and helping deliver a positive customer experience. The position works in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to support an efficient workflow.
Train new employees on Domino’s standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino’s operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
