About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager maintains high standards and provides fast, friendly customer service while executing the store’s food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and setting a positive example through urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
