About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Assistant Manager for its store at 2256 S Grand Blvd in St. Louis. The Assistant Manager helps lead store operations, support customer satisfaction, and drive team performance. The role works with the Store Manager to meet performance targets and improve store metrics, while helping maintain an effective, clean, and safe work environment. The position includes leading and developing employees, overseeing daily operations, managing customer concerns, supporting sales promotions, and handling cash-management and basic accounting tasks. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full- and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience if under the stated age threshold, or one year if at or above it; the age threshold is malformed in the posting.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
- Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop others.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reports.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting.
