About The Position
Culver’s is hiring an Assistant Manager for a family-owned restaurant business. The role offers $17.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and availability. The employer emphasizes career growth, working directly with an independent Owner/Operator family, and learning business skills. Flexible scheduling may be arranged around personal commitments. The restaurant is closed on Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. The employer seeks friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and states that no experience is necessary. Training will be provided. Compensation includes bi-annual reviews that recognize hard work, flexibility, coachability, and accountability. Team members receive paid time off accrued from working hours and a meal discount on days worked.
