About The Position

The Assistant Manager provides managerial assistance to the store’s General Manager in running the restaurant and implementing operating standards. The role calls for an adaptable, self-motivated person with a passion for customer service who can contribute to a positive crew environment in a fast-paced workplace. Assistant Managers prepare pizzas and deliver orders to designated locations, make nightly deposits, and complete paperwork when the General Manager is unavailable. The position also involves cash, people, and time management, along with a range of operational, staffing, food preparation, and store maintenance duties. Training and a positive learning experience are provided. Starting pay is based on prior experience, generally begins at minimum wage, and may increase based on performance reviews by Regional Supervisors.

Requirements

Responsibilities
