About The Position

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing a staff of 3 to 15 employees. The role includes greeting customers, taking and preparing orders according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, operating the cash register, collecting payments, and delivering products safely and courteously. Assistant managers are also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized work environment and a professional appearance that complies with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• A positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
