About The Position
The IHOP Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The role supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, focusing on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service. The Assistant Manager also develops team members and must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and late nights. Most of the restaurant's business occurs on weekends and holidays. The job description is not all-inclusive.
