About The Position

City Barbeque Assistant Managers help create an exciting, optimistic, and rewarding restaurant culture while building sales and managing profitability. Along with leading shift operations, they support the General Manager by taking ownership of multiple management responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and support an exciting, optimistic, and rewarding restaurant culture.
• Build sales and manage profitability.
• Recruit and train future leaders, guide them toward promotion, and empower them to develop successful careers.
• Make personnel decisions for the restaurant team, including orientations, transfers, and terminations.
• Write schedules that meet business needs, deliver a great guest experience, and maintain financial responsibility.
• Handle administrative duties, including payroll, inventory, food ordering, and proper cash handling.
• Ensure employees are paid properly and receive appropriate benefits.
• Communicate company changes and focus areas to the team.
• Assist with local store marketing opportunities.
