About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers for locally owned stores serving Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Blairsville. Assistant Managers are responsible for store operations during their scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They perform Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties, help maintain product quality and a clean, organized work environment, and uphold Domino’s grooming standards. The role involves leading a shift team of 3 to 15 employees and delivering products safely and courteously when needed. The position is offered as part-time or full-time.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
At least 18 years old.
Able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available on weekends.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation.
Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee everything that happens during the scheduled shift.
Manage cost, inventory, and cash control and handle customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during the shift.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
