About The Position

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and manage a staff of 3 to 15 employees. The role includes customer service, order taking, operating the cash register, preparing products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and delivering products safely and courteously. Assistant managers also maintain a clean and organized work environment and a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• At least 18 years old.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.

• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Model punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers.
