About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The General Manager is expected to provide a positive customer experience, maintain product quality and workplace cleanliness, and follow Domino’s Pizza grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make products consistently in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and manage customer relations during the shift.
